Not ready to trail run the colorado mountains? No problem! On the ground simply means your feet touch the ground in some form of cardio-vascular (cardio) exercise. This can be as simple as walking on a paved sidewalk, to as complex as trail running over Colorado’s most complex mountain trails.
On the ground movements are the easiest and least expensive method of exercise…and we are here to help, from shoes and socks and other clothing items, to event organization, and transportation.
